Oh, the randomness.

My animal spirit is…
The Coyote

According to shamanistic wisdom, coyotes are the animal world’s trickster.

Coyote people have a way with words, and a unique way of seeing the world. Never ones to take things at face value, coyote people question authority with sly jokes. Luckily, their wit usually keeps them out of serious trouble.

Coyote people often prefer to have a few close friendships instead of lots of casual ones.

If you are true to type, you probably have a wry sense of humor and are the first to weigh in with a sarcastic joke. People who don’t know you well may not get your sense of humor, which may have gotten you into trouble here or there… unless you used that old Coyote charm to get out of it…
What is your animal spirit?

That sounds about right. I used to feel an affinity to buffalo as an animal spirit totem, but that has changed over the years. I wonder if it is common to change that way? Maybe the buffalo was a cover and the coyote was lurking in the shadows, trickster that he is. By the way, this is another interesting (and more in depth) site about animal totems; specifically linked to the coyote in this case. Check it out if you like this kind of stuff.

The dreaded exam went smoothly today. But I guess if you apply enough KY Jelly to anything it will go smoothly. :yuk: I swear I am still having physical flashbacks from it, though. If I think about it for too long, I go weak in the knees and get dizzy.

Thanks to everyone for their compassionate (and humorous) feedback about this. I know it might seem childish to have such anxiety over a simple exam, but it’s a problem for me and fretting about it publically once a year really seems to help. I appreciate your loving support. *HUGZ*

Hearin’ it: Robbie Fulks. He’s one of the few country country vocalists I really enjoy.

Readin’ it: “A Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren

Lovin’ it: Agent J got his hair cut today. His noggin feels like a soft baby hedgehog. Hee!

Quotin’ it: “The man of genius is he and he alone who finds such joy in his art that he will work at it come hell or high water.” — Stendhal

Seeya next time, friends …

I recall exams…the day before, the night before and the morning of gitters…some of us get literally ill when faced with a test. Just the word “test” can bring about waves of naseau…

Good thing you had your KY jelly with you! Lol! I just want to know where you put it to squeek through the exam with a passing grade - I may try that sometime. lol!

    Im a horse
According to shamanistic wisdom, the horse is first and foremost a free spirit, despite being enslaved by humans for thousands of years. Horse people tend to hate being told what to do, but do what they need to do anyway, without complaint or anger. Regardless of how beaten down horse people feel by things going on in their lives, their independent spirit is hard to break.

Maybe that is why I am allergic to horses? “my spirit guide don’t give no rides…”

Got something to say?
